At Souq Al-Hikayat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it under the following conditions:
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
✔️ Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
✔️ A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
✔️ Sale items and digital products (such as downloadable worksheets) are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, please contact us by submitting the form on our Contact Us page. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item first. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
✔️ If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
✔️ Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
